How do I access my purchase?

In this article, we explain how to access a digital product and the content in Memberships. 

If you are trying to find out when your physical purchase will arrive, you will need to contact your product's creator

To access a digital product, pull up your email receipt. There is a button called "View content" -  it will take you to the product content page.

If you have not received an email receipt, please check your Spam folder. If you still can't locate it, please contact us.

Your email receipt would look something like this: 

Before being redirected to the download page, you might be prompted for your email address. Simply enter the email you used at checkout, and you should be able to access the download page. If the product you purchased contains multiple files, your download screen may look something like this:

Accessing your purchase with the Gumroad Library

Alternately, you can create a Gumroad account. ( Go here to sign up for one and use the email address you previously bought your product with) With a Gumroad account, you are able to access your purchases at any time through your account Library. Find the product you want to access and click on it to access the product content:

If you are not receiving updates from a product you subscribed to, you may have inadvertently opted out of receiving updates from the Seller. To see all of your membership updates, create a Gumroad account with the email address you bought the Membership with, then go to your Library. You can access all relevant membership files and updates from your Library and manage your membership by going to the content page. You can also contact the creator and request that they restore your ability to receive updates (from their customer portal).
